TIPS FROM WELL STAGED SELL

1. When in doubt throw it out. When it comes to clothes if you didn't wear it last season, you won't wear it. You can simplify your move by donating old clothes to the salvation army "to boot."
   
   
2. Donate old toys & books to a homeless shelter or other charitable groups.
   
   
3. Do a room by room assessment with handy post it notes. Designate specific colors with associated tasks example-"Donate" "Remove" "Keep" and "Store."
   
   
4. Use medium size boxes rather than larger ones as they are easier to move, fill & unpack. But make sure to use extra tape on the bottom for reinforcement.
   
   
5. Remember to mark boxes with numbers and indicate rooms they will go in. Be sure to keep a master list of the boxes and their contents.

EASY STEPS FOR MOVING

Survey
For each room of your home, use multicolored Post-It Notes to designate a task for each of your belongings—donate, remove, keep or store.

Reduce
